Simply browse our catalogue, make your selection and we will send your selected gift to you (or directly to the recipient) by post or, if you prefer, by email.

Postage and package is included in the prices shown for all UK first class deliveries.

We use a trusted partner, SK Chase, to process and fulfill our gifts. SK Chase will appear on your credit card statement.

Should you cancel your gift within seven days of purchase you will be fully refunded, outside seven days of purchase gifts are non-refundable.

Postage
Gifts ordered before 12 noon will be issued and dispatched on the same (working) day. Gifts ordered after 12 noon, will be issued and dispatched on the following (working) day. 

Working days are Monday to Friday of any week excluding any public or bank holidays.

If a gift is ordered after 12 noon on a Friday, it will be issued and dispatched on the following Monday.

UK Special Delivery guarantees next day delivery, however the gift must be issued before 12 noon Monday to Friday. If the gift is ordered on a Friday before 12 noon, it will be issued and dispatched on the same day, however the Royal Mail do not guarantee delivery until the following Monday.

If you select either International Signed For or Airmail delivery (for items being sent overseas), Royal Mail has a target delivery time of 4 - 7 working days, however we cannot guarantee that items will be received within this time period.
