Simply browse our catalogue, make your selection and we will send your selected gift voucher to you (or directly to the recipient) by post or, if you prefer, we can send an email gift voucher.

Postage & Packaging is not included in the prices; supplements apply for 1st class, special and overseas deliveries (outside the United Kingdom).

Lucknam Park uses a trusted 3rd party supplier, SK Chase, to process and fulfil vouchers. SK Chase will appear on your credit card statement. Vouchers are non-refundable.

Postage

Gift vouchers ordered before 12 noon will be issued and dispatched on the same (working) day. Gift vouchers ordered after 12 noon, will be issued and dispatched on the following (working) day.

Working days are Monday to Friday of any week excluding any public or bank holidays.

If a gift voucher is ordered after 12 noon on a Friday, it will be issued and dispatched on the following Monday.

UK Special Delivery guarantees next day delivery, however vouchers must be issued before 12 noon Monday to Friday. If the voucher is ordered on a Friday before 12 noon, it will be issued and dispatched on the same day, however the Royal Mail do not guarantee delivery until the following Monday.

If you select either International Signed For or Airmail delivery (for items being sent overseas), Royal Mail has a target delivery time of 4 - 7 working days, however we cannot guarantee that items will be received within this time period.
