Gift Vouchers feature a unique reference ID code and may only be redeemed once. Gift vouchers may not be exchanged for cash or replaced if lost and are non-transferable. Change will not be given for monetary vouchers. The gift voucher must be presented upon arrival when redeeming the experience. No photocopies will be accepted. Advance bookings are necessary. Cancellation of a booking with less than 24 hours notice will render the voucher null and void. 'No Shows' on the day of arrival will result in the voucher being classed as 'redeemed'.
