Simply browse our catalogue, make your selection and we will send your selected gift voucher to you (or directly to the recipient) by post.

Postage and package is included in the prices shown for UK 1st class deliveries; however there are supplements for any special and overseas deliveries (outside the United Kingdom).

All Gift Vouchers priced under £75 will receive a gift voucher wallet.  All vouchers priced over £75 will receive a presentation box.

Celtic Manor Resort uses a trusted 3rd party intermediary, SK Chase, to process and fulfill vouchers. SK Chase will therefore appear on your credit card statement.

Postage
Gift vouchers ordered before 12 noon will be issued and dispatched on the same (working) day. Gift vouchers ordered after 12 noon, will be issued and dispatched on the following (working) day.
Working days are Monday to Friday of any week excluding any public or bank holidays.
If a gift voucher is ordered after 12 noon on a Friday, it will be issued and dispatched on the following Monday.

UK Special Delivery guarantees next day delivery, however voucher must be issued before 12 noon Monday to Friday. If the voucher is ordered on a Friday before 12 noon, it will be issued and dispatched on the same day, however the Royal Mail do not guarantee delivery until the following Monday.

If you select either International Signed For or Airmail delivery (for items being sent overseas), Royal Mail has a target delivery time of 4-7 working days, however we cannot guarantee that items will be received within this time period.
